As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the central location right opposite the cathedral and close to the lake. The staff were extremely helpful and assisted with directions, ferry schedules, and taxis. The room was spacious and beautifully furnished with a comfortable bed and air conditioning. The highlight was the shower, with its spa-like settings. Everything was clean and well-maintained.

The lack of an in-room jacuzzi was just heartbreaking, how am I supposed to relax without bubbles? Such a disappointment.

The rooms were gorgeous and the location was right on the piazza - in the heart of the city. The staff was really lovely and even gave us a free bottle of Prosecco for my birthday. We felt safe as solo travelers and there were plenty of restaurants and a lively scene just outside the doors.

Totally recommend.
